Earned B.Arch. in 2010, from B.V.D.U.C.O.A, pune. Found first employment under Ar. Raj Rewal in delhi. after honing his skills for a year, migrated to pune. Designterra landscape consultants presented new challenges and diversification. although it was for a brief period of time, the experience gave him the confidence to venture out on his own.
In 2013, he chose his hometown bhubaneswar to establish his own name under the banner of Ecourb designs llp.
In two years, Ecourb, ambitious for scale, has delivered across a variety of projects including small residences and townships. Ecourb has clientele spread all across eastern india.Also an assistant professor at piloo mody college of architecture, cuttack, manages to switch roles and split time for various commitments.

Er. Sitansu Mohan Patnaik is an Engineer planner, passed civil engineering from NIT, Rourkela, Odisha in the year 1977 and completed Master of city planning (MCP) from IIT,Kharagpur in 1981. He joined Directorate town planning, Govt. Of Odisha during 1978 and continued till his retirement in April, 2013.
As a town planner he worked in different towns of Odisha e.g. Dhenkanal, Bolangir, Puri, Cuttack, Paradeep, Jagatsinghpur and kendrapada etc. He worked as Planning Member and Secretary in different Development Authorities e.g. PKDA Puri, PDA Paradeep, KNDA Jajpur road and CDA cuttack. He has retired from H & UD Department, Government of Odisha.
